本服务由个人开发者运营，注册地：澳大利亚新南威尔士州。
2. 服务描述
FridgeChef 是一款面向海外华人的智能菜谱助手，提供以下功能：
- 免费中国家常菜谱浏览（无需注册）
- AI 食材匹配功能（需登录，消耗积分）
- 菜谱收藏与购物清单管理（需登录）
我们保留随时新增、修改或移除功能的权利，并会尽合理努力提前通知用户。
3. 账号注册与安全
- 您可以通过 Google 账号授权或邮箱/密码方式注册登录。
- 您有责任妥善保管账号密码，不得将账号转让或出租给他人。
- 每个自然人只能注册一个账号，禁止使用自动化程序批量注册。
- 您应确保注册信息真实有效。
- 若发现账号被盗用，请立即联系 support@fridgechef.app。
4. 积分制度
- 新用户注册后免费获得 1 次 AI 食材匹配体验机会。
- 每次 AI 食材匹配消耗 1 积分，免费菜谱浏览不消耗积分。
- 积分通过购买积分包获得，购买后与您的账号绑定，永久有效，不会过期。
- 积分不可转让给其他账号，不可兑换现金。
- 账号注销后，剩余积分将被清除，无法找回。
5. 付款与退款
所有支付通过 Stripe 安全处理。FridgeChef 不存储您的信用卡信息。
- 积分为数字商品，购买完成后不支持退款，请在购买前确认所需数量。
- 积分不可转让，不可兑换现金。
- 账号注销后剩余积分将被清除，无法找回。
- 如因我们的技术故障导致积分未正常到账，请联系 support@fridgechef.app，我们将核实后补发或退款。
澳大利亚消费者依据《澳大利亚消费者法》（Australian Consumer Law）享有的法定权利（如服务存在重大故障）不受上述政策限制。
6. 使用规范
您同意不会：
- 使用爬虫、脚本或自动化工具大量请求 API 或抓取内容。
- 尝试破解、绕过付费限制、逆向工程或干扰服务正常运行。
- 将本服务用于任何违法或有害目的。
- 冒充他人或虚假陈述与 FridgeChef 的关系。
- 传播含有恶意软件或有害代码的内容。
违反上述规范，我们有权立即暂停或终止您的账号，且无需退还剩余积分。
7. AI 生成内容免责声明
FridgeChef 的菜谱建议由本平台 AI 引擎生成，仅供参考，不构成专业营养或医疗建议。请根据个人健康状况、食物过敏情况及实际食材质量自行判断。我们对 AI 生成内容的准确性不作任何保证。
8. 责任限制
在法律允许的最大范围内：
- FridgeChef 按"现状"提供服务，不作任何明示或默示保证。
- 我们不对因使用本服务造成的任何间接、附带、特殊或后果性损失负责。
- 我们对您承担的全部责任不超过您在事件发生前 12 个月内向我们支付的总金额。
- 我们不对第三方服务（包括 Google、Stripe 及 AI 引擎服务）的中断或故障负责。
9. 知识产权
FridgeChef 的品牌、logo、设计、代码和菜谱内容受澳大利亚及国际知识产权法律保护，未经书面授权不得复制、分发或商业使用。
您输入的食材数据归您本人所有。您授予我们在提供服务所必要范围内处理该数据的权利。
10. 服务变更与终止
我们保留随时修改、暂停或终止部分或全部服务的权利。如发生重大变更，我们会提前通过邮件或应用内通知告知。服务终止时，我们将合理处理用户数据，具体见隐私政策。
11. 条款修改
我们可能不定期更新本条款。更新后继续使用本服务即视为接受新条款。重大修改会提前 30 天通知。
12. 法律适用与争议解决
本条款受澳大利亚新南威尔士州法律管辖。如发生争议，双方应首先通过友好协商解决。协商不成的，提交澳大利亚相关仲裁机构或法院处理。
澳大利亚消费者依据《澳大利亚消费者法》（Australian Consumer Law）享有的法定权利不受本条款限制。

Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to FridgeChef (www.fridgechef.tech, "the Service" or "we"). By accessing or using the Service you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the Service immediately.
The Service is operated by an individual developer registered in New South Wales, Australia.
2. Service Description
FridgeChef is a smart recipe assistant for overseas Chinese communities, offering:
- Free Chinese home-cooking recipes (no sign-in required to browse)
- AI ingredient-matching (requires sign-in, consumes credits)
- Recipe saving and shopping-list management (requires sign-in)
We reserve the right to add, modify, or remove features at any time and will make reasonable efforts to notify users in advance.
3. Account Registration & Security
- You may register via Google OAuth or email/password.
- You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. Accounts may not be transferred or rented.
- Each person may hold one account. Automated bulk registration is prohibited.
- You must provide accurate registration information.
- If your account is compromised, contact support@fridgechef.app immediately.
4. Credit System
- New users receive 1 free AI ingredient-match on registration.
- Each AI match costs 1 credit. Browsing free recipes is always free.
- Credits are purchased in packs, tied to your account, and never expire.
- Credits are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Remaining credits are forfeited upon account deletion.
5. Payments & Refunds
All payments are processed securely by Stripe. FridgeChef never stores your card details.
- Credits are digital goods. All sales are final and non-refundable. Please confirm the quantity before purchasing.
- Credits are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Remaining credits are forfeited on account deletion.
- If credits fail to arrive due to a technical fault on our end, contact support@fridgechef.app and we will investigate and reissue or refund.
Nothing in this policy limits any statutory rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law (e.g., where a major failure occurs).
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to bulk-request our API or scrape content.
- Attempt to crack, circumvent payment controls, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the Service.
- Use the Service for any unlawful or harmful purpose.
- Impersonate others or misrepresent your relationship with FridgeChef.
- Distribute malware or harmful code.
Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund of remaining credits.
7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
FridgeChef recipe suggestions are generated by our AI engine and are provided for reference only. They do not constitute professional nutritional or medical advice. Please exercise your own judgement based on personal health conditions, allergies, and ingredient quality. We make no warranties as to the accuracy of AI-generated content.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- FridgeChef is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties.
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the Service.
- Our total liability to you shall not exceed the total amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event.
- We are not responsible for outages or failures of third-party services (Google, Stripe, AI engine provider).
9. Intellectual Property
FridgeChef's brand, logo, design, code, and recipe content are protected by Australian and international intellectual property law. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without written authorisation is prohibited.
Ingredient data you enter remains yours. You grant us a licence to process it solely to the extent necessary to provide the Service.
10. Service Changes & Termination
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate part or all of the Service at any time. We will give reasonable advance notice of material changes via email or in-app notification. Upon termination we will handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. Material changes will be notified at least 30 days in advance.
12. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Disputes should first be resolved by good-faith negotiation; if unsuccessful, they will be referred to the relevant Australian arbitration body or court.
Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights you hold under the Australian Consumer Law.
